ETTL was founded by Douglas E. Flatt, P.E., in 1965 ... and now is in its fifth decade of service. We are one of the oldest firms, if not the oldest, serving in the geotechnical, construction materials engineering and environmental realms in Texas as well as in adjoining states. In the decades since its founding, ETTL has more than kept pace with the on-going advances that have taken place in our profession. In many cases we have led in development to better meet the needs of our clients. We also maintain excellent relationships with other firms, individuals and services practicing in our fields of endeavor. Most of all, what we have developed, and retain, is a keen sense of respect for our clients. Serving you, our client, to the best of our ability is our foremost goal. |
