ETTL's Geotechnical and Materials Laboratory Services Manager, and Manager of Contract Soil Laboratory Services,
Hermann Walka has had close to thirty years of experience in civil engineering.
Mr. Walka graduated from the State College for Engineering and Surveying in Frankfurt, Germany, and operated his own civil engineering concern, Walka Engineering, before coming to the United States in 1988. A professional engineer in Germany, he now is a registered P.E. in the State of Texas.
