Hermann Walka, P.E.
ETTL's Geotechnical and Materials Laboratory Services Manager,
as well as Manager of ETTL's Contract Soil Laboratory Services,
Hermann has had close to thirty years of experience in civil
engineering. He graduated from the State College for
Engineering and Surveying in Frankfurt, Germany,
and operated his own civil engineering concern,
Walka Engineering, before coming to the United States
in 1988. A professional engineer in Germany, he now
is a registered P.E. in the State of Texas.
