Steve is a registered professional engineer
in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas,
and Mississippi. A Rutgers graduate, he has
served as president of the Texas Council of
Engineering Laboratories. Steve's experience
includes more than 30 years in civil, structural,
geotechnical and materials engineering
for a wide range of projects both at
home and abroad, including
forensic services.
