ETTL's Principal Consultant, Steve Richards is a registered professional engineer in Texas as well as in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi. A Rutgers graduate, he has served as president of the Texas Council of Engineering Laboratories.
Steve Richard's experience includes more than 30 years in civil, structural, geotechnical and materials engineering for a wide range of projects both at home and abroad. He also provides forensic services.
He joined the staff of ETTL in 1990.
