ETTL Engineers & Consultants Inc. |
ETTL offers a full range of services to clients who have underground and/or aboveground petroleum storage tanks (USTs and/or ASTs) located on their property, helping them make sure they will be in compliance with Federal and State regulations designed to protect ground-water against contamination. ETTL is equipped to test to determine if contamination is present, the types and degrees of such contamination, what remediation might be necessary, and, if required, ETTL can carry out actual remediation. Click here for information on the variety of remediation methods ETTL can put at the service of its clients.
ETTL addresses PST problems in accordance with EPA's Federal Technical Requirements 40 CFR 280, and Texas Regulations as outlined under Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 334, as well as other appropriate regional regulations. Procedures employed by ETTL when such tanks contain petroleum products, for example, include drilling, sampling and analysis of soils for the presence of benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, xylenes, and total petroleum hydrocarbons. Such tests are carried out in accordance with EPA protocols. Other parameters are used for the various other materials commonly stored in tanks. ETTL maintains liaison with regulatory agencies to insure that remedial work involved with USTs and ASTs conforms to appropriate regulations. The company is highly experienced in all of these areas.
ETTL has TxDOT Precertification in a number of areas pertinent to PST projects. Click here to see listing.
