An ETTL Project Manager, Mike Woodford specializes in geotechnical and construction materials engineering, as well as in engineering services for landfills. With a B.S. in mechanical
engineering from the University of Arizona, he is completing a master of engineering degree at UT Tyler.
His experience at ETTL has included TxDOT bridge and highway projects, geotechnical
activities, and construction materials testing projects. He has worked as a project engineer on municipal solid waste landfillls and ash disposal ponds. His landfill experience has included construction quality assurance (CQA) inspection and testing of liners and final cover systems for numerous landfills.
