ETTL Engineers & Consultants Inc. is well equipped, by virtue of experience, personnel and equipment, to be of service to landfill operators in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and adjoining regions.

A multi-discipline organization, ETTL utilizes and coordinates engineers, hydrogeologists, geologists, environmental scientists and other environmental experts, as well as construction professionals, to handle a wide range of landfill projects. As back-up for its staff in serving landfills , ETTL owns a full fleet of rigs for subsurface exploration, as well as associated geotechnical, geological, hydrogeological, environmental, and construction materials engineering equipment for field use. In addition, we have comprehensive geotechnical and materials-testing laboratories.

In other words, ETTL offers services across the board for landfill operators, such as: geotechnical soil borings and analyses; installing of piezometers, monitoring wells, methane monitoring probes, and collection systems; conducting of hydrogeological investigations; carrying out of soil stratigraphic studies and environmental site assessments when new or expanded landfills are in order; doing CQA services for both clay and synthetic liners, as well as preparing SLER and FMLER reports; and performing many other such services. Our two-fold goal is to help operators build environmentally sound landfills and help them make sure they are keeping abreast of - and are in compliance with - all pertinent governmental regulations.
