Description |
This position oversees lab and field technicians in their work on various projects. Responsibilities include making sure project deadlines are met by providing proper scheduling and organization of items to be tested, plus insuring that lab and field technicians are performing the testing, inspections, associated paperwork and computations in accordance with ETTL's Quality System Guideline Manual. Advises technicians of project work scopes, budgets, profitability goals, chargeability goals, and monitors the same. |
Requirements |
B.S. (minimum requirement). Could be an E.I.T. or P.E. Applicable experience would be helpful but not mandatory. Good oral communication skills to interact with clients and staff successfully. The ability to speak with clarity and understanding is a necessity. Good written communication skills for preparing proposals, reports, and other engineering documents. Present a professional appearance to best represent the firm. Good organizational skills to utilize firm resources efficiently and effectively. Possess valid Texas drivers license and meet firm’s auto insurability requirements. Walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and repeated bending as needed while working on sites. Distinguish colors and shades of color for identification and analysis. |
