ETTL offers litigation support and expert witness
testimony as adjuncts to its many environmental,
geotechnical and construction materials
engineering services.

Our firm has provided forensic services to a wide
range of clients, such as project and facility owners,
insurance companies, attorneys, manufacturing and
other industrial concerns, governmental clients, and
individuals. Our forensic investigations may call for

In the environmental realm, as this web site demonstrates, ETTL has developed
expertise through decades of service in some nine major areas, ranging from
environmental site or property assessments (carrying out literally thousands of
them), to site remediation, regulatory compliance, and waste management services,
plus services for landfills, hazardous waste consulting, subsurface investigatory
(drilling) services, and PST services, among others.

In the geotechnical engineering and construction materials engineering realms,
ETTL has acquired some forty years of expert background, is equipped with
one of the largest subsurface
drilling fleets in the region, has highly modern
geotechnical and construction materials testing/engineering
laboratories, and
over the years has provided consulting, engineering and testing services for an
extreme range of construction applications.
