Manager of ETTL's Texarkana Materials Testing Laboratory, Donny Rhea has high familiarity with a great range of construction materials testing and quality control procedures, both in the field and in the laboratory. During his tenure with ETTL, he has worked on almost every major construction project in the geographic area served by the Texarkana branch, including ETTL's I-49 contracts south of Texarkana and I-30 projects east of the city, as well as ETTL's Christus St. Michael Health System and Wadley Hospital projects. He manages a staff of field and laboratory technicians.
Donny is certified NICET (concrete, soils and asphalt); ACI (concrete); AHTD - Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department (soils/aggregates and basic aggregates). He also has Troxler certification.
ETTL's Texarkana Laboratory is highly equipped, and all its field and laboratory equipment is regularly inspected to insure accuracy. The lab is certified in the AHTD Program Center for Training Transportation Professionals (CTTP) in soil, concrete and asphalt.
