C. Brandon Quinn, P.E., P.G., C.P.G.
ETTL's vice president and manager of engineering
services, Brandon took B.S. degrees at Texas A&M
in both engineering geology and mining engineering,
plus graduate work in environmental hydrogeology at
Stephen F. Austin State University. His skills are especially
being harnessed for TxDOT geotechnical and environmental
projects, for ETTL's many and varied services for landfills,
plus a host of other project areas. He's a key
